From soils where sand stands out, those with iron-rich limestone and others that have a predominantly clayey appearance with a higher pH.
These stands on which the vines settle and grow, in addition to the farming systems that give rise to the prized Prieto Picudo are crucial in the development of our wines and mark important nuances in the organoleptic characteristics of the final product.
An area that by the conditions of the moment and the climatology between other factors allow in many cases to develop crops that do not require phytosanitary treatments.
