The “Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition” Contest has just published the results of the world wine and spirits tasting of the 2019 edition, in which two DO LEÓN wineries were awarded: Vitalis and Melgarajo
This month the results of the Catavinum World Wine contest are published , with an excellent harvest by the DO León. In total, a total of 3367 wines and spirits were tasted, of which they obtained a medal and their corresponding diploma 1004.
The event presented wines from more than 20 countries : Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Greece, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Malta, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, United States …

- Inform consumers and professionals about the quality of the award-winning wines / spirits, helping to disseminate and communicate them.
- Provide an orientation message to 80% of consumers who expect international references on quality wines and spirits.
- Promote the production and production of quality wines and spirits.
- Contribute to the dissemination of the culture of wines and spirits.
The Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition (CWWSC) is organized and developed by Catavinum in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain).
