Passion for a job well done
When creating wine becomes a passion. We make wine for the sake of pleasure, without the constraints of time, except when it comes to taking care of the vines or the wine cellar. The traditional winery in Corbillos de los Oteros was handed down to César and ─ to a more limited extent ─ Luis of the Cubillas Villa family by their mother, along with an adjacent vineyard covering one hectare. These few vines of the Prieto Picudo and Tempranillo variety are a perfect excuse for making wine, exploring viticulture and oenology and feeling a sense of pride in a job well done that can be enjoyed with family and friends.
