Passion for wine

A winery based on revisiting traditional criteria, in a lasting bid to make quality wines while taking on board more recent technological improvements and enhanced facilities to cater for the current volume of production: a large winery built in an open hollow at the foot of the ridge that was dug out to accommodate the traditional wine cellars two centuries ago.
