Bodega y Viñedos Solotero was born from the passion of the Cascallana family for the elaboration and taste for wine . Since 1920 we have squeezed each cluster of Prieto Picudo and Albarín in the family-owned underground cave, located in the characteristic landscape of the Oteros region.

At Solotero we want each bottle to contain the essence of each of our wines. Therefore we respect the natural times of each of the different stages of elaboration, so that with the characteristic flavor of Prieto Picudo and Albarín, you can enjoy the flavors and nuances of each campaign.


We produce fewer bottles so that all are special.


We make our wines without haste , it is the grape that marks the ripening times.


We do not alter the taste of our wines. Each bottle contains the flavors and aromas of each vintage .
